Staying true to the industry’s pledge to honour diversity, the Marketing Agencies Association revamped their ‘Best Awards' this year to remove the prejudice of marketing disciplines and reflect communications that create impact in the real world, with the introduction of a #DoDifferent ethos. The Best Awards saw shortlisted entries hit record levels in 2016, with 54 agencies shortlisted in total, showcasing work across the industry that reflects bravery in its category.
iris was honoured to be named the Best #DoDifferent agency for 2016, recognised for its ‘powerful and provocative approach to building participation brands’, an accolade that mirrors our ambition to create brands that shape culture!
Additional awards were taken home for our #therewillbehaters campaign for adidas, recognised in the Best Consumer Product category for both ‘Best Idea' and ‘Brand Strategy'.
