Business Rewards

Since May 2013 Iris has been supporting IHG to develop and launch a global loyalty program for corporate hotel bookers and event planners. A key requirement was for a single proposition that meets the needs of businesses of all sizes, from global enterprises to individual wedding planners.

We have provided ongoing support throughout the course of the project, from initial business case, stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to go-to-market strategy, migration from legacy programs and launch strategy. Following the launch in April 2015 we have been helping IHG develop a mid-term strategic roadmap to shape the ongoing development and commercial roadmap.
