Working with MINI Global, Iris have built a consolidated data and BI environment taking numerous 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data inputs across sales, search, CRM, social, media, and retail.
The environment enables Iris to undertake a range of data visualisation, modelling and analytics across 17+ markets driving business and marketing performance optimisation.
17+ markets have adopted the BI standard and Iris are working with MINI to develop an ambitious 3 year roadmap to move beyond reporting & insight into predictive analytics, aiming to embed predictive models into key channels & platforms (eCRM, DMP, Web) within 2018.
