We are exciting to share the news that Jill Smith, our Global Chief Marketing Officer, has been promoted to CEO, Americas!  

Jill's remarkable journey with Iris has spanned almost a decade, across continents and numerous leadership roles in the US, China, and at the group level with our parent company Cheil Worldwide.

Jill's new role comes at a pivotal time as we continue to win new business and solidify our position as ‘The Participation Agency.’ She will oversee all key locations in the Americas, including New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Toronto, and Sao Paulo.

Since stepping into her role as Global CMO in July 2023, Jill has been instrumental in our agency's growth, bringing in new accounts and growing existing ones.

As Ian Millner, our Co-founder and Chair, aptly puts it, "Jill is a role model and an inspiration, and will be great as the CEO of the region."
