Samsung Backstage launched in 2015 for UK Trade Channel staff. The platform was created in true collaboration with multiple Samsung stakeholders across Retail, Channel and Product to drive key performance and impactful business solutions.
We also partnered with e-learning specialists Kineo and utilised the globally recognised best in class LMS system, Totara to bring the platform to fruition.
Development involved a complete rebuild of the existing platform, including a fresh brand identity and a fully responsive user interface (UI). We revamped training modules, created more competitions and developed a whole new reward system.
The end result is a fully immersive, unified learning experience to train, engage and grow our Trade advocates, resulting in industry leading NPS. All this combined with robust reporting and analysis to drive insight led action.
