At the start of 2022, Samsung wanted to bring visual and tonal consistency to all the brand work they do across the UK, targeting an urban, GenZ audience.
Based on design research looking into what appeals to this audience, and considering the brand’s distinctive assets, we developed a fresh, authentic visual identity which could work across all channels and delivered a toolkit and templates for static and motion assets that could be picked up and applied by any partner agency.
At the same time, Samsung wanted to establish a partnership which connected with this urban, GenZ audience. We uncovered that this audience’s biggest motivator and personal interest was financial security and managing finances, but there is a knowledge gap.
We helped Samsung break down the barriers to managing personal finance, showcasing how Samsung tech and products can facilitate better financial health and planning for this audience.

Focusing on the mobile phone category, to enable the audience to access their finances on the go, we partnered with Curve, eToro and Fiverr to help the audience boss their personal finance goals, on their terms.
