Progress at pace for DE&I

In 2020 we set a global DE&I strategy 'For the free' with important targets to drive progress for racial and gender parity. We want to embody the diverse world we represent through our creativity.

Progress means creating an environment where we are all free to be ourselves and have the same opportunity to move forward. And because actions speak louder than words, we've created Forward Recruitment, Iris/Women (network for the women of Iris) and IRise (network for Black employees).

Climate action through participation

Generating people power is at the heart of who we are: a participation brand. It’s been most powerful when we’ve turned it on ourselves. By devoting our time to bigger causes, we’ve unearthed new and brave leaders for change within our industry and beyond. Check out our Climate Action plan.
