Global CEO

As the co-founder and Chair, Ian has led remarkable creative and business ventures alongside exceptional individuals. He has overseen our expansion into 17 countries, transforming Iris into the global Participation Agency.

Claire Humphris
London CEO

Iris co-founder & employee No1. Claire leads the 300-strong Iris London office, overseeing new business activity, existing clients and operations. Outside of Iris, Claire runs around after her two little boys.

Simon Spyer
CEO, Data Driven Performance

Simon leads our data-driven and performance marketing teams helping clients solve acquisition, conversion and retention challenges. He’s has worked for and advised some of the world's biggest and most progressive brands to value from their data.

Elisha Pearce
Joint Managing Director

Elisha joined Iris back in 2007 and has huge experience in creating successful integrated brand communications, that work TTL for her clients. She is also the driving force behind a number of global initiatives, which strives for delivering best in class Client Leadership, the Iris way. Elisha is joint MD alongside Chris and leads the charge across all our consumer brands.

Chris Grimwood
Joint Managing Director

Chris started at Iris in 2009 but kept leaving Iris to go on ludicrous adventures. Now in his third stint, Chris has absolutely promised to stay put and turn his attention to his joint MD responsibilities with Elisha Pearce and growing Iris INC across the globe.

Anthony Abrahams
Managing Director

Since joining the Samsung account in 2014, Anthony has driven the growth of the agency’s largest global client and now also looks after all technology clients within London. His success in building and motivating high performing teams is rooted in efficiency, productivity and accountability.

Joanna Holliday
Global Marketing Director

Jo joined Iris in 2012. With over a decade of experience in agency marketing and new business, Jo is responsible for driving growth across the Iris global network. She is passionate about cross-network collaboration and has supported winning pitches including NIVEA, Grolsch, ABRDN, Lloyd's of London, Pampers, Amazon, Starbucks and Samsung. Jo and her team deliver a stream of inspiring content, events and products that help Iris’ clients stay ahead of their competition.

Louis Balogun
Chief Operating Officer

Louis is our Operational Lead, managing the day-to-day running of the agency, he is responsible for the effective running of our creative, studio and production departments. Louis is also the head of our DE&I taskforce, ensuring we have a diverse, fair and equitable environment for all.

Grant Hunter
Global Executive Creative Director

Grant is Iris' Global ECD based in London. During his time at Iris Grant has been the regional ECD for APAC and has led award-winning work for Iris' global clients including the London 2012 Mascots, Johnnie Walker, Adidas, Samsung and Starbucks. He's also the co-author of Newsjacking.

Global Chief Strategy Officer

Passionate about building progressive brands and businesses, Ben is responsible for bringing together the diverse skills of over 100 creative, commercial and specialist strategists around the Iris network into one world-class strategy unit.

Chris Whitson
Global Head of Strategy

Chris leads the strategy team across the Iris network with nearly 25 years of experience. He is a true integrated strategist, passionate about helping brands put experience, purpose and participation at the heart of the business to create long lasting, commercially successful relationships between brands and their customers.
