In 2018, we were chosen to redevelop and enhance the Daimler Trucks North America loyalty program. Over the past year, work has begun on creating a program that engages customers and rewards purchases. With this relaunch, we're bringing the technical capabilities to the table with data-driven personalization and a customer-focused strategy.
Using our new propriety platform, the Marketing Hub, dealerships are able to log in, manage users and build unique offers integrated with Daimler's e-commerce site. The program ultimately opens up a new avenue for dealerships to connect with customers, and allows for DTNA itself to have an in-depth, granular view of its dealer network.
